Do you offer video coverage too?I do. I offer tour recaps, short-form video content for social, and full-performance documentation depending on your needs. Let’s talk about what kind of story you want to tell.

What’s your turnaround time for delivering images?Usually within 48 hours, unless otherwise discussed. I prioritize speed without sacrificing quality — especially for artists on tour or publicists on a deadline.

What gear do you use?I use a dual-camera set up with the Nikon Z7II as my primary body, and I use a Z6 as my second. I have lenses ranging in focal length from 12-200mm. More importantly, I know how to make it work in the wildest venue conditions — from red-lit bars to multi-point studio lighting.

How do I book you to shoot my show or tour?Hit the “Hire Me” button in the navigation or reach out via the contact form. Include the date, venue, artist name, and what kind of coverage you’re looking for (photo only, video, behind-the-scenes, etc.). I’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours with availability and a quote.

Do you shoot full tours or just one-off shows?Both. I’m based in Denver but available for travel and tour work. If you're hitting the road and want consistent photo documentation, we can talk day rates or multi-stop packages.

Do you work with magazines or publications?Yes — I freelance for publications as both a photographer and writer. If you’re an editor or publicist looking for coverage, I’m happy to pitch ideas or shoot on assignment.

Can bands download their images from the site?Yes — if I shot your show, you’ll receive a private link to your gallery. You’re free to download, share, and post with credit. If you’re unsure where to find your gallery, just shoot me a message.

Can I repost your blog content or photos on my site/socials?Yes — with proper credit and no edits. Just tag @thompson.portfolio and link back to the original blog post or gallery. For commercial or branded use, please reach out for licensing.
